Conventional - Bankruptcy 7 current wait time 2* to 4 years from discharge date and Bankruptcy 13 current wait time 2* to 4 years from discharge date

VA -  Bankruptcy 7 current wait time 2 years from discharge date and Bankruptcy 13 current wait time 1* to 2 years from discharge date

USDA - Bankruptcy 7 current wait time 3 years from discharge date and Bankruptcy 13 current wait time 1 year from discharge date

* shorter wait time will need to meet the current extenuating circumstance guidelines
